Approved Vendors. CREICO has a list of proven vendors, in each location, approved for our CPN Affiliates referral needs.

Volume Purchasing. CREICO has national accounts with various vendors such as Home Depot and Westland Supply, and will facilitate purchasing of supplies and materials, for CPN Affiliates who remodel homes for resale and want to take advantage of established accounts and volume purchasing discounts, where available.

Factory New Home Availability. The CPN program has available a representative to assist in the process of identifying and ordering of new homes directly from various manufacturers.

Retailer Network. The power in numbers is what an affiliation of independent retailers brings when they join together in a collaborative effort. That joint effort can be the difference between "just getting by" and "being great". The CREICO Preferred Network offers the opportunity for communication and support between CPN Affiliates nationwide.

National Community Operator. Being associated with a nationally reputable community operator and an affiliation of reputable retailers gives creditability to an independent business operation.
