Our Regional Property Supervisors (RPS) are your direct link to the "CREICO Preferred Network". This team of powerful individuals is responsible for CREICO communities nationwide. Their commitment is to create strong partnerships with retailers resulting in increased opportunities and sales.

The Pelican Finance Team

Our finance team has over forty years of combined experience to see that your customers' financing needs are dealt with in a friendly, fair and professional manner.

Randy Booton, Director of Accounting and Administration

With over 20 years experience, Randy personally approves Pelican loan applications as well as all accounting, information technology and human resource functions.

It's A Family Business

B.M. Vukovich, Chairman of the Board, founded CREICO in 1972. In the early 1980's his two sons, Boris Vukovich, Chief Executive Officer and Mirko Vukovich, President and Chief Operations Officer, joined the company, each bringing their own unique talents and expertise.

Together, they have shaped CREICO into one of the nation's largest privately owned manufactured home community operators. Their strong family values have a significant influence on the way CREICO does business - goal driven with an emphasis on customer service, fairness and quality.
