We Have FinancingIn-House (Pelican) Financing. CREICO has developed a program, which provides hard-to-find financing for used homes sold in our communities. Quick and easy approvals at market interest rates and terms. Loan amounts up to $35,000 (Pelican finance agreement required). Second Chance and Alternative Financing. Offered to higher risk individuals who are not able to qualify for financing due to bad credit, lower income or bankruptcy. Lease to Own. For prospective buyers who qualify for in-house financing but don't have the down payment. For example, a home may be rented and the down payment can then be collected over a period of months. Discount Rent Co-op. In certain markets, to lower the monthly payment to the buyer, CREICO will discount the home site rent (for the life of the loan) by ten dollars for every $1,000 below NADA (book value) the retailer prices and sells the home. Move-In Incentives. Different move-in incentives are available including but not limited to: full or partial discounted rent for a specified number of months, waiving of security deposit, free utility hook ups for new homes, cash, new appliances, etc. These incentives change from time to time and are subject to approval by the Regional Property Supervisor. TORO Capital Lending. TORO is a home purchase program that provides capital to CPN Affiliates for the purchase and set up of homes in CREICO communities. There is no interest charge but the profit on the home is split 50/50 with CREICO.
