Community Owned Inventory. CPN Affiliates have access to CREICO's wholesale inventory nationwide. Many CREICO communities have homes that are completely refurbished and ready to market to your customers.

Profit Floor. CPN Affiliates are provided with a profit floor (or guaranteed profit) for homes sold within CREICO communities. For example, CREICO will guarantee profit of 10% of the sale price for your home that you sell in a CREICO community.

Bank Repossession Inventory. CREICO will leverage our lien holder relationships to help make bank repossession inventory available to CPN Affiliates.

CPN Inventory Multi-Listing. Include your inventory in the CPN online multi-listing and give your inventory more exposure as well as gaining access to a broader inventory base and locations for your customers.

Factory New Home Ordering. If your customer seeks a new home purchase, our CPN Affiliate Manufacturer Representative can assist you in selecting the appropriate home and will facilitate the ordering and delivery process for you.

Available Site Listing. CREICO has 34 communities in 10 states nationwide with over 6,000 home sites. CPN Affiliates have access to listings of available home sites with the specifics on home sizes for those sites, making it easy for you to find a site to place that bargain home you located.
