Resident Referral Program. CREICO offers CPN Affiliates the advantage of resident referral programs as a source to increase buyer pools.

Resident Access. Through newsletters, office displays, signage, billing inserts, etc. direct access to our residents is made available to CPN Affiliates.

Customer Referrals. CREICO provides referrals for phone-in and walk-in customers who are interested in the possibility of purchasing or placing a home in one of our communities.

On-Site Staff Bonus Program. CREICO has an incentive program where our on-site community staff receives a financial bonus for the sale of every home, paid by CREICO. This creates a supportive and enthusiastic team to assist the CPN Affiliate in selling homes.

Internet Exposure. Our CPN website is designed to give you, our CPN Affiliate, free Internet exposure, including your own web page. For a fee, the webmaster is available to develop your own individual web site as desired.

On-Site Signage. CPN Affiliates are welcome to place your signage throughout the community in various appropriate locations in order to gain exposure and increased sales traffic.
