Re-Marketing Free Rent. In the event of a repossessed home, CREICO offers free rent to CPN Affiliates for 90 days in order to allow them time to rehab and remarket the home with no home site rent accruing.

Rapid Repo Assistance. CREICO, as the landlord, often has a faster eviction timeframe than the lien holder. CREICO uses this advantage to assist CPN Affiliates who are lien holders to get possession of a defaulted home more quickly than otherwise possible.

Retailer Friendly Attitude. CREICO sees the CPN Affiliate as an important customer and business partner, and values their contribution. Throughout the entire organization, CREICO extends an "in-service and friendly attitude" toward Affiliates.

On Site "Eyes and Ears". CREICO generally has full-time on-site staff with the responsibility of overseeing the operation of the communities around the clock. This presence is leveraged to the advantage of our CPN Affiliates by being "eyes and ears" for risks or opportunities that may occur on site.

Community Curb Appeal Standards. Residents are required to comply with all Community Curb Appeal Standards outlined in the CREICO Guidelines for Living. The professional and consistent enforcement of these standards results in a more attractive community with greater home values for everyone.

Professional Maintenance Assistance. Many of the CREICO communities have professional maintenance personnel on duty who can be available to assist you in limited home maintenance (either for no charge or for a reasonable fee depending on the nature of the assistance).
