On-Site Business Center. The CPN Affiliate is welcome to utilize the on site community center as a business office where available. The community office may be used to greet customers, complete paperwork, etc. The use of phone, PC, copier or fax is also available.

Community Staff Assistance. We can be your on-site contact for services to your home, approve work orders in your absence or any variety of detailed needs.

Transaction Management Service. The CREICO Home Office transaction team has over forty years of combined experience in processing home sales transactions and can be utilized if this is an area of need for CPN Retailers.

Home Showings and Reception Support. If the CPN Affiliate is not available for a home showing appointment the CREICO on-site staff are available to provide reception needs for potential home buyers.

Collection Reporting. The CREICO Accounting and IT department can be of great value for the CPN Affiliate who has utilized our Pelican/TORO financing by providing timely and accurate information on the current status of the loan and payment history.

Alternative Proof of Identity. For those good buyers with little or no proof of identity, CREICO has developed an alternative form of establishing identification acceptable to most finance companies. This system is available to CPN Affiliates.
